What’s better than bottomless brunch? Bottomless brunch with sangria.
Yep, while Manchester already has a pretty impressive bottomless brunch scene, it is about to get a much needed Brazilian twist courtesy of KBOM Bar & Kitchen.
The Portuguese eatery, which can be found nestled within Hatch down Oxford Road, is set to launch its new ‘Domingo sem Fundo’ this weekend which, loosely translated, means ‘Bottomless Sundays.’

The feature will allow guests to choose a starter, main and bottomless drinks – both alcoholic and soft – for ninety blissful minutes at just £26.95 per person.
The menu boasts a tantalizing mix of Portuguese and Brazilian dishes, such as Rissois de Quejio; deep-fried cheese croquettes, or the Pao de Quejio; cheesy dough balls, a staple street food snack in Brazil.
Also on the menu, Bitoque; a Portuguese take on the classic steak and eggs, and Frango Grelhado; half a grilled Piri Piri spiced chicken that puts Nandos’ efforts to shame.

Seafood lovers won’t feel out of place, either – their brunch menu offers the Burger da Onda; a spectacular steak and king prawn burger andthe Espetada de Gambas; grilledking prawn skewers brushed with in-house made chilli and garlic seasoning.
And as for the bottomless part of this bottomless brunch deal?
Well, as already mentioned, there’s sangria, and lots of it. The chilled Spanish favourite is actually available on tap at KBOM, which makes it the perfect choice for those near-constant refills.

And for those who aren’t in the mood for sangria, a selection of red, white and rose wines are available for the bottomless options, as are lagers Sagres and Super Bock.
Caipirinhas – Brazil’s national cocktail made up of cachaça, sugar, and lime and arguably the most delicious drink to exist – are also available for unlimited refills.
