A Manchester restaurant is doing bottomless pancakes and booze for Pancake Day

Pancake Day is nearly upon us, arguably one of the best days of the year, if not the best.

You get to eat as many pancakes as your heart desires, and it’s the one day of the year no one can judge you for it.

If you really want to celebrate it in style, then head down to Shack Bar and Grill in the Northern Quarter on Tuesday February 25th, as they’ve got an offer on you won’t want to miss.

You can get yourself bottomless pancakes for just £10, with a bottomless booze option costing an extra £15.

A spokesperson said: “Make the most of Pancake Day this year, join us on the 25th Feb and dive into our bottomless pancakes for £10. Wash them down and add our bottomless drinks to it for £15 and get unlimited Bloody Mary’s, Bellini’s, Prosecco or Mimosas for 90 minutes.”

And their pancake selection is something else, including the O.G, aka 3 x buttermilk pancakes stacked high and layered with smoked streaky bacon & maple syrup.

There’s also the PB & C, which consists of 3 x buttermilk pancakes stacked high and layered with peanut butter, Chantilly cream, chocolate flakes & honey.

The Strawberries & Cream option is 3 x buttermilk pancakes stacked high and layered with fresh strawberries, Chantilly cream & strawberry sauce.

Then there’s the Blueberry Waffles, 3 x buttermilk pancakes stacked high and layered with blueberry compote, Greek yoghurt & honey. 

Shack is located at 69 High Street, with their incredible venue spread over two floors and split into three rooms – and they serve some of the best brunch in the city.
