The city centre site that once played home to Manchester’s Natural History Museum is set to be transformed into an innovative food, drink and entertainment venue.
Courtesy of the family behind popular coffee shop and aperitivo bar Haunt, Exhibition will be a place for eclectic independent food, innovative drinks and boundary-pushing entertainment in Manchester’s vibrant city centre.
The 400-seater dining space in Exhibition will take the traditional food hall concept to another level with three award-winning kitchens serving up innovative seasonal menus.
From small plates to big sharers, guests are guaranteed an exquisite dining experience with a combination of ‘global inspiration and local heart’.

The second bar will be an ode to an ever-changing ‘spirit of the season’, featuring an expertly curated cocktail menu that will celebrate seasonality.
The local vendors moving into the space will be announced in the coming weeks.
After dark, venue will welcome nightly DJs and entertainers, showcasing the very best of Manchester’s renowned creative scene.

Exhibition will also stay true to its namesake, offering up seven dedicated areas across the venue to local artists to exhibit their work every season.
Sam Wheatley, Operations Manager at Exhibition, said: “We can’t wait to start welcoming people to Exhibition this Autumn, and hope to bring something different to Peter Street.
“It’s been a passion project for the whole team, and we can’t wait to see this incredible space brought back to life. Nurturing local businesses and artists is integral to Exhibition, and we’re so excited to share our venue with some of the most talented people from across the region.”
