Everyone’s making these 5-step Terry’s White Chocolate Orange Blondies and they look so good

YouTuber shares recipe to Terry’s White Chocolate Orange Cookies and Blondies and they both look incredible. 

The recipe looks incredibly easy, taking as little as half an hour to bake. The cookies look seriously gooey and delicious while the blondies look like they will melt in your mouth.

Fitwafflekitchen shared the nine ingredient cookie recipe on Instagram in a short 30-seconds long video with step by step instructions. 

Alternatively, the Blondie recipe uses just seven ingredients and will take just 20 minutes to bake.

Terry’s White Chocolate Orange Cookie Ingredients:

115g unsalted butter, cold
150g light brown sugar
55g granulated sugar
280g plain flour
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
100g Terry’s Chocolate Orange (any flavour will work)

Method:

  1. Cream together butter, light brown sugar and granulated sugar
  2. Mix in one egg and vanilla 
  3. add plain flour, salt and baking powder and mix until just combined
  4. Then added chopped Terry’s chocolate pieces and refrigerate the mixture for 1-hour minimum
  5. Split the dough into six equal-sized balls and freeze for a further 10 minutes before baking. 
  6. Bake for 12-14 minutes at 180C (fan)

Terry’s White Chocolate Orange Blondie Ingredients:

170g Unsalted butter, softened
165g Light brown sugar
100g Granulated sugar
1 Large egg + 1 egg yolk
2 tsp Vanilla extract
215g Plain flour
24 White chocolate orange segments
(Optional chocolate orange minis for topping)

Method: 

  1. Whisk together butter, light brown sugar and granulated sugar into a mixing bowl.
  2.  Add the egg, egg yolk and vanilla extract and whisk.
  3. Add in the plain flour.
  4. Spread half of the mixture out into a lined 8×8″ baking tray. Then add a layer of white chocolate orange segments.
  5. Top with the rest of the mix and bake in the oven for around 20 minutes, before adding an extra layer of segments while it’s still warm.
