Christmas is well on its way, and Greggs is gearing up to celebrate in the only way it knows how…
With the release of the festive bake.
Each year, the bakery chain delights customers with the return of its limited-edition pastry, which contains chicken, sage and onion stuffing, bacon, and a creamy sage and cranberry sauce all encased within a crumb-topped pastry.
Last year, Greggs also introduced a vegan version of its Festive Bake using Quorn chicken and bacon, after experiencing huge success with its plant-based versions on other classics.
And now, the bakery chain has announced that customers will be able to get their hands on a Festive Bake as soon as next week.
Taking to social media, Greggs revealed that the Festive Bake will be returning to shelves on Thursday November 10th.
While they didn’t make an announcement for the vegan version, it can be assumed it will be making its come back on the same day.
This comes after Greggs announced the launch of its boozy Festive Bake Brunch, which comes complete with sharing platters of pasties and Greggs-themed cocktails.
During the festive brunches, which will be taking place in Manchester, London and Newcastle, Hunsnet will be bringing entertainment to brunchers with a full DJ set, live performances, and Christmas medleys.
The Greggs Festive Bake Brunch will be coming to Manchester on Saturday November 19th, with seventy-five-minute slots available between 1pm and 6:15pm.
There will be a £5 booking fee per person for each reservation made for the Festive Bake Brunch – this will be refunded upon attendance.
