Move over cronuts and cruffins, there’s a new hybrid sweet snack in town and it looks absolutely incredible.

The yumnut is a crossover of a doughnut and a yum yum, and it really sounds like the best of both worlds.

From the mad scientists over at Marks & Spencer, the yumnut is now available at stores nationwide.

It takes a butter-enriched yum yum recipe and deep fries it, before covering the whole thing in a sweet sugar glaze.

You can get a yumnut in six flavours, including a Plain Jane, a classic with vanilla pastry, and the Raspberry Royal, topped with a fruit fondant and freeze-dried raspberries.

There’s also Billionaires, which features salted caramel sauce with crunchy biscuit crumbs and dark chocolate, Simply the Zest, a lemon glaze topped with biscuit crumbs and meringue, and Milk and Cookies, which comes topped with vanilla glaze, mini-cookies and a chocolate drizzle.

The sixth flavour, Double Chocolate, which comes with a milk chocolate fondant top, dipped in milk and white chocolate shards, will launch in store on March 24th.

The Plain Jane will set you back a mere £1, while the other five more extravagant flavours will be slightly more expensive at £1.15.
