What more could you want when you’re getting a pint?!
Forget gin and tonic, the best duo is bread and cheese, and Bread & Bowl know just that.
Their menu is filled with seriously indulgent and seriously cheesy delights, all served in a bread ‘bowl’.
Bread & Bowl recently announced they’ve just opened up shop in The Weatsheaf, a Northern Quarter institution and the perfect place for a pint.
They’ve got everything you could dream of on the menu, including a Full English Breakfast or Mac and Cheese served in a rustic sourdough bread bowl.
Not only does it sound absolutely delicious it also saves on the washing up! Win-win.
If the Full English or Mac and Cheese haven’t caught your eye, they also do Chocolate Fondue and even a full Baked Camembert.
Even better news, they’re taking part in the governments Eat Out to Help Out scheme which means you can get up to 50% OFF on all food and soft drinks (up to a value of £10).
That means the Mac and Cheese, made with three kinds of cheese and infused with truffle oil, will set you back just £4.25.
If you fancy something fishy, you can grab the Seafood Chowder for £6 on the deal which includes Cod, Fresh Salmon, Smoked Salmon, Shrimp, Mussels, Cream, Potato and Peas generously drizzled over Linguine Pasta.
There’s also the option to go large on everything if you’ve still got room!
If you’re in the mood for saving some more money on your dining-out experiences, we’ve made a handy list of all the places taking part in the scheme in Manchester – you can see it here.
