Dunelm launches UK’s first discount outlet in Greater Manchester with up to 70% off

Retail home store Dunelm has chosen Greater Manchester to open its first UK outlet — it’ll have discounts on items with up to 70% off.

The popular affordable homeware brand has opened its first outlet store in Rochdale where shoppers and bargain hunters will be able to find everything from furniture, including beds, sofas and garden sets, softs furnishings and plenty of home accessories all at a reduced price.

The huge Dunelm store, situated at St Mary’s Gate Rochdale, has converted a 4,000 sq ft dedicated space where it will display a range of cut-price furniture.

New items and pricing will be updated each week and will be available to take home the same day.

The lines will include ex-display stock and customer returns, with generous discounts slashing prices from 30% – 70% off.

Some items may be returned due to a customer’s ‘change of mind’ or because they are slightly marked or have some pieces missing.

Damaged items may come with a slighter greater discount.

Lyndsey Miles, head of business development at Dunelm, said: “We’re delighted to announce the grand opening of our very first outlet section at our Rochdale Dunelm store.

“This has been a work in progress for a while now and we’re so excited to share these amazing discounts with local customers.

“In the new section, customers will be able to find a fantastic bargain, all while helping us ensure that every item of furniture, even if it’s a little less than perfect, finds a good home.”
