Under the government’s new plans to ease lockdown restrictions, non-essential shops can open from Monday, June 15th. This means a lot of stores that have remained closed during lockdown will be opening their doors in Manchester, as will the Arndale centre. The shopping centre has confirmed the stores which will be reopening, and you’ll be pleased to see that there are quite a lot on the list.

The Arndale will be open from 9am-7pm – although openings for each individual store may vary – with the centre confirming its opening time to the Manchester Evening News. While many shops will reopen, the Food Court will remain closed until restaurants begin to reopen there, although there will be a few food stores open for takeaway in the rest of the shopping centre.
