As you may remember, we recently brought you the news that Greggs is launching a nationwide home delivery service this year.
That’s right, you’ll soon be able to order all the sausage rolls and steak bakes you want from the comfort of your sofa. When the news broke, Greggs were working out which delivery service to partner with – and they’ve now chosen Just Eat, following a successful trial last year.

As well as choosing a partner, the legendary baked goods purveyors have also released more information about where the service will begin. This week they’re adding Bristol and Birmingham to the list of cities they already deliver in – London, Newcastle and Glasgow
Manchester won’t have long to wait for home delivery, though, as our city is set to be added to the list in spring, alongside Leeds, Sheffield and Nottingham.

Following this, Greggs expect nationwide coverage to be fully rolled out by the end of the year, with the bakery chain and Just Eat choosing future destinations based on customer demand. Customers whose local area hasn’t been selected yet can vote for it to receive delivery, with the rollout plans being reviewed every few months based on the poll.
