Millions of customers go to the beauty destination for its select range of well-known and niche beauty brands including Laura Mercier, Replica, Aesop, Shiseido and Diptyque.

Cult cosmetics lovers will be able to visit the 3,313 square foot shop which will offer over 130 brands and get their hands on a range of skincare, haircare, makeup and beauty gadgets, alongside a whole host of other exclusive products such as Boy Smells and Rose Inc.

Afterall, Space NK’s tagline claims it is ‘the ultimate destination for beauty discovery’.

Steve Gray, head of European retail asset management at Global Mutual, said: “Space NK is a great addition to Manchester Arndale and further enhances our beauty range, making us the go-to place in the North West for all the best cosmetic brands.

“It is also great to see both Timberland and Jack & Jones renew their commitment to Manchester Arndale as they are both great footfall drivers for the centre and strengthen our fashion offering.

“2023 was a great year for the centre, and with this latest news we look forward to an even better 2024 as we welcome further new occupiers over the next few months.”

The new letting follows the arrival of several international brands over the past 12 months at Manchester Arndale, including Nike, Moss, Manchester City, Dune, Clarks, Sunglass Hut, and French Connection.

Alongside the new addition, Timberland and Jack & Jones have signed new five-year terms for their respective units. The Arndale is one of the UK’s largest shopping centres and boasts over 240 retailers. It saw its footfall grow by 6.3% last year, with over 46 million visitors.

It is understood assets managers are now said to be ‘in talks’ with other retailers over filling the remaining units within the Arndale, and ensure they want to create a varied shopping experience to attract customers across the city-region and beyond.
