You can now have a blast from the past and experience a 3D virtual tour of a Woolworths as it was in the 1990s.

You can take a look round the iconic store and all the recognisable products like the legendary and much missed pic ‘n’ mix.

The virtual tour begins with: ‘Let us take you back 30 years to a better time. We’re talking about when the Macarena was a national dance movement, Turkey Twizzlers were a school dinner delicacy, and Saturday nights were reserved for Gladiators and Blind Dates.”

The video then enters the store, saying: “One of the best things about the ’90s was spending your hard-earned pocket money in Woolworths, you know, everyone’s go-to bargain store that sold everything from homeware to trending toys – even your school uniform!”

The tour then navigates through the store showing a peek at all the goods on offer to customers, including everything from Beanie Babies to Tamigotchis, as well as the latest games consoles like the N64 and iconic Game Boy.

You also get a glimpse at the wide range of ’90s CDs and films, for the ultimate nostalgia trip.

You can watch the video here to take a trip down memory lane and catch a glimpse of Woolies as it was back in the day.
