Aldi has the perfect indoor and outdoor play mats for kids for just £6.99 a pack!
A mum has shared her bargain find of the week at Aldi, soft foam play mats at £6.99 for a pack of 16, in the Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains.
Fellow bargain hunters were seriously impressed with one saying: “purchased some, they are great and a real bargain”.
Another added ‘I ordered mine online they were delivered today! They’re fab for the price,’ while another said: “These are amazing, I got some the other day!!”
One said ‘That’s a mega bargain…’, before going on to explain she filled a room in her house with some for ‘between £60 and £70’ a few years ago.
Many users shared their DIY projects with the foam tiles, with some people creating defined children’s play areas and others completely covering their kids’ room.
However, one user pointed out that the foam tiles are ‘not flooring’, and are in fact a ‘huge fire risk and would turn into a molten mess’. She added: “not to mention the cleaning side. They’re playmats not flooring”.
One user pointed out that B&Q is currently selling multicoloured packs of nine for £2, meaning you could get two more than the Aldi packs for £2.99 cheaper.
The playmats were available online, as well as in-store. They are currently sold out online but more stock may be added soon so keep your eye out!
