Ben & Jerry’s brand new ice cream treat comes on a stick and fans can’t wait to try it.
The ‘Peace Pop’ is the first ever ice cream on a stick from the ice cream kings, Ben & Jerry’s. It features Fairtrade vanilla ice cream complete with chocolate chips and even a cookie dough-inspired centre.
The whole thing is then coated in smooth chocolate and dunked onto a stick so you can enjoy on the go.
It’s been described as beneficial as you won’t need to get a bowl, spoon or do washing up. But we all know you just dig right into the tub of B&J’s anyway, so the real benefit is having this while you do other things, like go on your daily allowed walk.
The new ice cream will be hitting the freezers in Co-op later this month, and will be £2.20 each or £4 for a pack of three.
Flavour guru Josine Nohlmans said: “We know people love our cookie dough like their own family or pets.
“So we reimagined it so they never need to leave home without it. Now they can walk their puppy AND enjoy Ben & Jerry’s.”
If you can’t wait, Ben & Jerry’s released the cookie dough recipe so you can remake the Cookie Dough Chunks at home. Perfect lockdown distraction!
