Easter is nearly upon us and, to get ready for the occasion appropriately, Iceland has unveiled a giant frozen Cadbury Creme Egg dessert.
And, better yet, the mammoth egg will only set you back £6.
According to the Iceland website, the frozen dessert contains white chocolate mousse and a classic Cream Egg fondant centre, both of which are encased within a Cadbury’s Dairy Milk chocolate shell.

Andrew Staniland, Trading Director of Frozen at Iceland, said on the new dessert: “This is the perfect sharing dessert that is guaranteed to wow, as families get back round the table together to celebrate Easter.
“Cadbury is an iconic brand and we know that our customers will absolutely love this exclusive range.”
The giant Creme Egg will be hitting shelves this Friday, March 4th, just in time for the Easter celebrations – though Iceland has stressed that the dessert is ‘suitable for any occasion’, not just for an Easter treat.
And this isn’t the only exciting new addition Iceland has unveiled this year; just last month, people were very excited to see that the frozen foods retailer had launched Angel Delight soft serve ice cream.

The nostalgic ice creams have been sold in 800ml cartons of the popular strawberry and butterscotch flavours, both of are priced at just £3.
And better yet, the supermarket has been flogging the ice cream tubs under its exclusive ‘two for £5’ offer, meaning customers can stock pile the desserts to last them all the way through until summer.
