B&M shoppers will now be able to get over 1,000 products sent directly to their doorstep thanks to the launch of the retailer’s new delivery service.

The service – a first in B&M’s forty-four-year long history – was launched following a customer feedback survey that showed an overwhelming number of customers struggled with transporting larger and bulkier items home.

But now, customers will be able to browse through a range of over 1,000 products online and get them sent right to their homes.

While not all products are available just yet, there are multiple items from the home & furniture, garden, electrical and kids toys to browse from.

The delivery service also includes smaller items, such as a £3.50 drinks holder and even a 50p decorative photo frame.

Shoppers wanting to try out the new service can do so by looking for marked home delivery items on the website and adding them to their basket before arranging for them to be delivered to their preferred address.

The delivery cost will depend on the size of your order, with a regular delivery setting you can £3.95, medium £7.95 and large £14.95 – it’ll take between three to seven working days for your order to arrive.

Jens Sorensen, Digital Director, said: “We are incredibly excited to launch our online deliver-to-home service and make life easier for customers that love the range of discounted products from B&M but haven’t been able to purchase from store.

“We’re continually developing and improving the offering available to customers, and creating this more accessible shopping experience is a fantastic step forward for the business. It’s been an incredibly exciting launch.”

CEO Simon Arora added: “With over a third of the UK population not having a B&M store in their local area, this is an exciting new opportunity for us to serve the whole country with our unique and hugely popular range of bargains.

“The decision to launch this online trial came about as our customer services team have been receiving hundreds of requests for this service over the last year.”
