David Beckham’s new photos with daughter Harper have got everyone talking

If you stretch your mind back to the summer, you’ll remember David Beckham sparked a furious debate about parenting after he posted a photo of himself kissing daughter Harper on the lips.

While most people voiced their support for Becks, Piers Morgan in particular took offence, saying it was ‘creepy’.

Now David has silenced his critics once and for all, sharing another photo of himself on a day out with his daughter.

The former Man United star took to Instagram to share photos of his day ice skating with Harper, 8, with the pair sharing a kiss in one of the images.

He uploaded the photos yesterday with the caption: “It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas”.

And people were quick to jump to his defence, with one user saying: “So beautiful pal. My daughter kisses me on lips but because I’m not a celeb I’m not scrutinised like you.”
