A fly tipper who was caught red-handed dumping rubbish down a Manchester street has been fined for her act.
Twenty-seven-year-old Keighley Whyte, of Tartan Street, Clayton, was caught on council CCTV driving down New Viaduct Street next to the Etihad stadium on June 11th, 2020.
The footage shows the car parking up, with two females getting out and dumping the rubbish onto the side of the road before driving away.

Waste management company Biffa, who was working on behalf of Manchester City Council, visited the site the next day and was able to link evidence from the dumped rubbish back to Whyte.
Further investigation then showed that the Fiat Punto used to fly-tip the rubbish was registered to Whyte.
However, Whyte failed to attend an initial court hearing for the offence, which resulted in a warrant being issued leading to her arrest. And last Friday, March 4th, Whyte pleaded guilty to fly-tipping at a hearing at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court.
She has since been ordered to pay a fine of £614 for the offence.
