Gogglebox’s Tom Malone Snr shows off impressive lockdown weight loss

Fans have been blown away this week by Tom Malone Senior from Gogglebox’s weight loss transformation.

Tom is a quarter of the Malone Family on the much-loved Channel 4 show, Gogglebox. 

Over the past few months in lockdown Tom’s sons have documented their dad’s transformation on social media. 

Fans have responded to say he appears unrecognisable recently.

The latest video was shared on TikTok, where Tom Malone Junior has been consistently making entertaining videos throughout lockdown with his dad sometimes appearing.

In one such video, captioned ‘Some Dad dancing’, the pair are seen dancing along to Coincidance by Handsome Dancer.

The video has racked up 13,000 likes and over 100 comments, one user wrote ‘blimey dads trimmed up’. 

Another added ‘most iconic British family’ and a third wrote ‘Looking trim Tommy lad’.

Tom has been answering fans questions about Gogglebox these past few weeks, including a question about those famous cakes that always appear on the show. 

His mum has also appeared in a TikTok video dancing this week as part of the #MoveYourBoobs campaign from Tickled Pink to check boobs and pecks for cancer. 

The video shows Tom and his mum, Julie dancing with captions of how to correctly check for breast cancer. 

Tom Senior is not the only one to shift the lockdown pounds as Julie showed off her weight loss earlier this year.
