Man spotted using massive snake ‘as face mask’ on bus into Manchester

A man was spotted on a bus yesterday using an actual real-life snake ‘as his face covering’. 

Yep, 2020 just keeps getting weirder. 

The man, getting on the Swinton to Manchester service yesterday at Salford Precinct, gave other passengers a bit of a fright when they realised just what his ‘face mask’ actually was. 

Passengers then watched as he removed the snake from around his face, and it slithered itself around the handrails. 

Alison Jones shared the bizarre journey on the Swinton People Facebook group, including attaching pictures of the man with the snake around his face. 

Speaking to the MEN, an eye-witness described the situation as ‘definitely entertaining’.

They added: “He had it wrapped around his face like a mask getting on the bus. At first I thought he had a really funky mask on, then he let it crawl around the hand rails.

“No one was really bothered on the bus but a man behind took a video. It was definitely entertaining.”

Not sure how successful a snake would be at stopping the spread of coronavirus – but at least he tried!
