The Botanist sites across Manchester will be closing early to give their staff the chance to watch the Euro 2020 final between England and Italy on Sunday evening.
New World Trading Company, which operates all the Botanist venues, The Florist venues and The Oast House, has announced that they will be closing certain sites that wouldn’t have been showing the game as a treat for their ‘hard working’ staff.
All the Botanist venues, the Florist venues and the Clubhouse venues across the country will be closing early – the Oast House, on the other hand, has sold out all of it’s £150 table reservations for the match.

Guests will be able to enjoy the company’s trademark botanical cocktails and hanging kebabs while they countdown to kick-off, but last bookings will be at 5.30pm and the doors will close two hours later at 7.30pm.
From there, staff will be able to head home or to the pub to watch England (hopefully) bring it home.
Matt Bamber, operations director for New World Trading Company, said: “Gareth Southgate has shown us all the value of teamwork in the past few weeks, and how every squad member is vital to being successful.

“That is why we are announcing we’ll be closing early on Sunday to allow as many of our staff as possible to watch the game.
“We still have a handful of sell-out sites showing the game [The Oast House] – we don’t want to be a jinx for any superstitious fans who’ve visited us for every game.
“We’re incredibly grateful to those staff that remain committed to working in this final game.”
England will take on Italy in the Euro 2020 final on Sunday, July 12th at Wembley at 8pm.
