Someone has created a tequila ice cream Percy Pig cocktail and it looks amazing

An Instagram user has shared the recipe for a delicious Percy Pig cocktail and we can’t wait to try it. 

Over recent years we’ve seen numerous cocktail creations go viral,  from making Wetherspoons cocktail pitchers at home to Vimto slushy cocktails, but now it’s time for everyone’s favourite pink sweet to shine.

Instagram user @emmascakesandcocktails has shared the recipe to a pink Percy Pig cocktail and it’s really simple to make.

Described as the ‘Pigtini’ and ‘more of a dessert than a drink’, the cocktail needs just five ingredients! You can choose to make it boozy with Tequila Rose or keep it alcohol-free for the kids. 

Ingredients:

• 4/5 Strawberries
• 2 Scoops of Vanilla ice cream
• 1 handful of ice
• 1 tablespoon of Percy Pig sauce
• 2 shots of Tequila Rose (optional)

Method:

1. Chop the tops of the strawberries
2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
3. Decorate with Percy Pig sauce and garnish with Percy Pig sweets

The ice cold drink will go perfectly as the temperatures are set to increase in Greater Manchester! Who’s making this tonight?
