A man who was caught on camera fly-tipping tyres outside a farm in Wigan was served with the best revenge.

Megan Baldwin shared the story on Facebook, about a man who ‘didn’t come back’ for the tyres which he had dumped on her dad’s farm.

They decided to help him out by returning all the tyres directly outside his front door.

To make it even better, Megan was actually in need of disposing of some tyres herself so they added loads more on to the perpetrator’s collection to make a big old mound of tyre-shaped revenge on his front garden.

Naturally, the post went viral receiving over three thousand comments and 13,000 shares. Many of the comments are congratulating Megan for the ‘absolutely amazing’ and ‘tire-ing’ effort.

Another simply wrote ‘karma’ and someone else added that ‘this should happen to every fly-tipper’.

One user wanted to see what happened next saying ‘please someone follow this up with his reaction on camera’.

Fly-tipping is illegal and can leave you with fines of up to £50,000, deprived of vehicle rights or even faced with imprisonment.

When tips were shut during lockdown fly-tipping soared by 300%. There were reports of fly-tipping across Greater Manchester and even cases of asbestos being dumped on the Woodhead Pass.

Many councils across Greater Manchester launched campaigns to reduce the amount of fly-tipping, including Trafford, Oldham and a Recycle for Greater Manchester scheme.
