Hunted is coming back to our screens, and it is on the lookout for wannabe ‘fugitives’ from Greater Manchester to take on the infamous hunters.

The premise of the show is simple – contestants have twenty-eight day to evade capture by the notorious hunters, who are out on the ground awaiting instruction from a group of the country’s best former military figures, police officers, detectives and intelligence operatives.

The Hunters use state of the art detection services employed by the likes of the MI5 to track down their fugitives – this could be anything from watching their bank transactions, tracking their phones and even interrogating their family members.

Contestants can choose to take part alone, or they can evade capture with a family member or a friend.

For the contestants who do manage to avoid being captured and make it to the final extraction point, a handsome £100,000 cash prize awaits.

Sound like your cup of tea?

Well, Hunted is now on the look out for people ‘of all ages’ from Greater Manchester who reckon they have what it takes to evade capture for the upcoming 2022 series.

Posting onto the Hunted HQ Facebook page, producers explained that filming is soon to begin and that applications are now open.

All you’ll need to do is upload a short video introducing yourself and explaining why you’d like to go on the run.

If you’re applying with a friend or family member, you can submit one application for one member of the group, but all members of the group should ideally be in the video that you submit.

The application deadline is March 14th 2022, and applicants must be aged eighteen or older. If you fancy it, you can send off your application here.
