When Sally Dynevor isn’t causing a stir with her ‘kinky’ scenes on Corrie, she is shocking viewers with her real age instead.
The actress, who has played the veteran Sally Metcalfe on the ITV soap since 1986, is taking part in this year’s Dancing on Ice and this week sported a whole new look for her ‘Meet Me in St. Louis’ performance.
Sally channelled Hollywood icon Judy Garland with a long brunette wig as she and her pro skating partner Matt Evers performed to the ‘Trolley Song’ from the classic film.

However, viewers at home were left talking about something other than her flawless performance; as the skating pair chatted to hosts, Sally’s real age was revealed, leaving fans of hers completely amazed.
As Matt praised his partner’s performance, noting that his ‘little gay heart is in love’, he marvelled: “For somebody at fifty-eight years old to do a head spin…”.
Clearly, people were under the impression that Sally was a lot younger than fifty-eight, with many taking to social media to express their shock.
One person wrote: “Sally makes a super cute Judy Garland. But still can’t get over her being 58! Man, she looks amazing, I struggle to believe she could even be 48! #DancingOnIce.”
Another wrote: “Fair play to Sally she looks amazing for 58.”
Though Sally has addressed her age in the past, with her telling ITV’s Lorraine back in October that Dancing On Ice will be a ‘massive challenge’.
She said: “It’s a massive challenge, Lorraine. But I’m not getting any younger.
“I just want to do this for myself. Give me a bit of confidence and do something different.”
