Backstreet Boys will be hosting a huge gig in Manchester as part of their upcoming DNA World Tour later this year.
The iconic ’90s boyband, responsible for hits such as ‘I Want It That Way’ and ‘Everybody’, are regrouping for the epic world tour, which includes over 150 shows in the Americas, Europe, Asia and Australia.
All original members of the group – Nick Carter, Howie Dorough, AJ McLean, and cousins Brian Littrell and Kevin Richardson – will be returning to the stage throughout the global tour.
And in news that will delight Mancunian Backstreet Boys fans far and wide, the band have now added an extra show here in Manchester, as well as in other locations like Antwerp and Paris.
The boyband has said they ‘can’t wait to see even more of you’ when they arrive in Europe later this year in October.
They said in a statement: “The Boys are excited to announce the addition of 3 EU/UK dates to their DNA World Tour!
“Tickets for the following shows will go on sale to the public starting this Friday, May 13th, but Backstreet Army fans will have exclusive access to pre-sale concert tickets TOMORROW!”
Of course, fans of the group are very excited by the news of the extra tour dates, with one Twitter user writing: “Omg Backstreet boys are coming to Manchester!!! I NEED to go!”
Another commented: “This has made my year!!!! They’re coming back to Manchester!!!! Thank you boys”.
Pre-sale tickets for Backstreet Army members go on sale at 10am tomorrow (Wednesday May 11th) while general sale starts at 10am two days later (Friday May 13th).
