A series or horror experience nights is coming to an abandoned asylum over the  Halloween season.

The eerie derelict Newsham Park Hospital in Liverpool, a hot spot for ghost hunters and those looking to connect with spirits on the other side, will host one of Europe’s biggest scare events – Newsham Scare Park

The Grade II listed building, once an asylum, orphanage, hospital and care home, is considered one of the UK’s most haunted buildings and now the public can come and find out for themselves.

There will be three different scream attractions held on the spooky historic site called: the Insanitorium, the Orphanage and the HELLuminati.

Each truly terrifying experience will take guests on a tour of the building as they delve deep into its depths where the horrors that lurk in the dark will reveal themselves from the shadows.

For the Insanitorium experience, guests will check in at the Goodwell Institute where unethical medical doctors seek to explore what happens to the soul after death.

Madness will let loose and wreak havoc throughout the wards during an invasive procedure which does not go to plan. Perhaps the medical scientists themselves are mad? Either way, you’d be mad to miss it.

The Orphanage experience promises to show no mercy. Since 1913, the Blessed Sisters of Mercy have housed waifs and strays giving them an education and a place to call home while living under a strict religious regime.

Home is not always where the heart is and the nuns can be nasty. At the root of it all lies an ancient evil first invoked by Sister Mary Mercy, and which must be appeased in the most diabolical way.

And for the HELLuminati experience, guests can join an open membership to a secret society which meet deep with the bowels of the building, made up of a connected worldwide network of wealthy individuals seeking global control.

Members amuse themselves with ‘the meat’ they’ve obtained from illegal auctions and the dark web. Guests are invited to join their leader Omega, if they are sick enough to do so.

The Insanitorium and the Orphanage are available for ages 14+ but the The HELLumintati experience is strictly 18+ only.

Both the Insanitorium and the Orphanage are included in the base ticket price of £25 plus booking fee. HELLuminati is an additional £15 per pair and booking fee.

The experience is available from Friday, October 13th – Sunday, November 5th. Ticket sales open from Friday, July 7th at 10am, where you can book by clicking HERE.
