The Manchester Craft Beer Festival is making its grand return this summer with a whole new dining concept in tow.
The annual festival, which made its debut in Depot Mayfield last year, will be showcasing a whole host of the North West’s best young chef talent as a part of its newly unveiled food line up.
On hand to soak up the copious amount of beer consumed across the weekend will be a brand new open fire pit feasting concept courtesy of The Fire Pits, which will host a series of guests chefs and live fire specialists across the weekend.
On the Friday, the pits will welcome Tom Bray from Country Fire Kitchen, with Ronnie Aronica from Bench and Sam Grainger from Belzan taking over on the Saturday.

From The Ashes BBQ will have their own dedicated fire pit across the full weekend.
Pitmasters From The Ashes BBQ specialise in whole animal butchery, and the ‘holy trinity’ of smoke, fat and flavour on live fire.
Guests can expect a comforting and delicious menu, varying from low smoked pork shoulder encased in handmade doughnuts to the BBQ classics like meaty beef ribs and crisp beef fat potatoes.
Also confirmed on the line up for this year’s Manchester Craft Beer Festival is Chorlton’s celebrated Jerk Junction, who will be serving up Jamaican classics such as rice ‘n’ peas, jerk chicken and curry goat, all of which are prepared daily in their on-site jerk house and cooked in a jerk drum.

Representing Manchester will be local brewing legends Manchester Union, Black Jack Track, Marble, Pomona Island and Beatnikz.
