The Lowry Hotel is giving Mancunians a huge discount on rooms and food for the next two months

A city centre hotel is offering the discounts of all discounts as a well-deserved winter treat for Greater Manchester residents.

In a bid to rid those lingering January blues – because let’s face it, February isn’t a much better month – The Lowry Hotel is extending its exclusive discount for Mancunians wanting to enjoy their winter staycation local.

The ‘stay local’ offer will allow those who reside across Greater Manchester to claim a Manchester resident’s discount, which will give them 30% off a stay in one of the newly refurbished Executive King Rooms.

An exclusive cocktail voucher will be thrown in for good measure, too. 

An early check-in and late check-out will also be available free of charge, with each room coming with complimentary wifi. 

And better yet, there will be no prepayment required, with guests being given the choice to pay on arrival at the hotel. 

There’s no catch, all they’ll need to do is provide a proof of address when booking their stay.

As part of the offer, Manchester residents will also be able to claim 20% off food and beverage in The Lowry Hotel’s restaurant, which serves full English breakfasts, afternoon tea and a fine dining evening menu. 

The offer has been extended following its success throughout January and comes in perfect time for Valentine’s Day, with The Lowry Hotel offering an array of romantic packages perfect for treating your loved one (or even popping that all-important question…).
