The viral Shrek Rave where fancy dress is encouraged is coming to Manchester

The TikTok viral sensation Shrek Rave Tour UK is coming to Manchester next month for fans of the movies to have some fun and party — with a cash prize up for grabs!

Shrek fans can come together for one big party dressed up as your favourite Shrek character — or just come as you are — for the event on Saturday April 1st, 4pm-10pm at Cargo, Manchester

Complimentary Shrek Rave glow sticks and whistles will be handed out to the first ravers who arrive. Party tunes will have something for everyone to dance the evening away to with a mixture of UK garage, R&B, hip-hop, dancehall, trance, house and contemporary rave bangers.

This unique party experience inspired by the Shrek universe will include top DJs and MCs playing the best club anthems, TikTok mashups, and singalong tunes, cannon confetti showers and stunning club visuals. There will also be a big cash prize up for grabs for the best fancy dress.
